SVP 2 INDUSTRIAL - Solar Panels Air / Air

Product Description
This solar system is used to heat, dehumidify spaces and to dehydrate / dry products, with the advantage of warming / dehydrating from sunrise to sunset, improving working conditions and human comfort and / or dehydrating / drying products using the sun saving energy and contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions.
It is a simple and modular system that can work individually or in combination in multiple modules, giving the power required for each heating or dehydration project.

Application example: SVP2 - INDUSTRIAL
Advantages of applying SVP -INDUSTRIAL
- Supplied only with the panel or in Ready-to-Install Kits;
- Relatively easy installation and can be done by any specialist;
- This solar system is air / air type, and does not require the usual care that conventional air / water systems have in particular antifreeze fluids;
- Reduction of energy consumption;
- Works with the sun at the price of the sun;
- Allows connection in parallel to a multitude of modules (depending on the fan selected), resulting in interesting drying powers at industrial level;

Applications
- Processes of dehydration and drying of products, from food to plastic waste, sewage sludge, aromatic herbs, cereals, fruits among many other applications
- Allows its use in solar drying tunnels or in Big Bag bags (System designated by Bubble Dryer)
- In summary: It can be applied in all spaces where it is necessary to heat and dehumidify and can also be used for drying products


Panel kits can be supplied with their mounting brackets or even with wheels for easy handling and orientation.
The inlet ducts of heated air to the Box and to the fan can also be supplied, forming a monoblock.
In the case of tunnel or greenhouse drying, Chatron offers the monobloc system which includes the control and control system (differential temperature and humidity) together with the swirling air fan for the interior, an alternative electric heating system, probes and other elements.
